TERMOPAK 400

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

This machine is intended for individual and group packaging of products in foil, which has the ability to thermally shrink, and thus adheres to the product and provides protection from external influences, and in group packaging achieves good homogeneity of the package.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

TERMOPAK 400 is a semi automatic machine and consists of several units – devices that make up a functional whole

The foil coating unit consists of a coil carrier for the upper and lower foil, as well as a mechanism with a movable heater (iron) for cutting and welding the foil. The operator forms a package on the worktop and manually pushes it through the foil film, then lowers the iron and performs welding and cutting of the foil.

The conveyor belt is made of wire mesh, and the conveyor is equipped with a drive and tensioning drum, as well as tensioning units. It is powered by a gear motor.

The heat shrinkage chamber is placed on the conveyor stand, and the foil is heated in it. The air in the chamber is heated by electric heaters, its circulation is achieved by an axial fan, and the temperature is regulated by a thermo regulator. The chamber is thermally insulated.

The package cooling unit is located behind the chamber and serves to cool the foil with which the package is wrapped. Cooling is performed in a stream of cold air generated by a fan.

The receiving table with rollers is located in the extension of the wire conveyor.
