TRIBLOK 1500 – 12000 clean (ultra clean)
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
TRIBLOK 1500 – 12000 clean ( ultra clean ) is intended for rinsing, flow metric (vacuum) filling and closing of bottles. On the line, it is possible to fill all still liquids as well as fruit yogurt with fruit pieces in a PET bottle with a wide neck and a screw cap with a volume of 0.25 to 2.00 liters.
TRIBLOK 1500 – 12000 clean ( ultra clean ) is fully automatic and the role of the server is reduced to controlling the operation of the PESET line in which this machine is the most important part.
It is produced in capacities of 1500, 3000, 4500, 6000, 9000 and 12000 bottles per hour, in clean or ultra clean options.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
It consists of three functional units that are driven by a common motor reducer. The complete machine is shielded and on top of it there is a laminar flow cabinet with HEPA filters, which achieves sterility of air within the filling zone.
At the entrance there is a dividing screw gear which has the role of taking the bottles from the air transport and introducing them into the entrance star. From there, the bottles are taken with pliers, placed on syringes and rinsed in a circular flow. In the end, the bottles are returned to their original position (upside down) and handed over to the exit star, which transports them further to the filler. Yogurt with pieces of fruit can also be dosed with the flow metric system. The circular filler is equipped with a sensor for controlling the liquid level in the container, regulating the flow of liquid and an automatic machine washing system. The third part is a sealer which has its own selector plugs, a system for inserting the cap on the bottle and screwing to the set moment, necessary for the bottle to be properly closed. Presence sensor controlled release bottle caps only when the bottle is present. The filler base, all protective covers and other elements that come into contact with the liquid to be packaged are made of stainless steel. The electrical control part is placed in special cabinets with a seal protected from moisture.
