DISPENSER PD 1000
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
This device is intended for measuring and dosing liquids and creams into already formed cups, bottles or containers. It is designed for dosing sour milk products, and can be used for other substances, both in the food and other industries.
Depending on the customer requirements, dosing in a wider volume range is possible.
A larger dispenser is also available, at the customer request as well as the option of using various dispensers.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The PD 1000 is designed as a mechanism with pneumatic control drive elements,
The dosing system is designed as a piston pump mechanism, with irretrievable valves that allow precise filling of the dispenser during suction of the mass, and thus high precision and repeatability of the measured amount.
The mechanism for adjusting the dosing quantity is made in the form of a helical spindle and functions as a hard stroke limiter of the pneumatic cylinder connecting rod.
The complete device is made of stainless steel and other materials approved for use in the food industry.
