PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
Packaging machine SEBOPAK 1000 01 is designed for dosing, filling, closing and dating of plastic bottles volume of 1 lit, for packaging all kind of soft drinks whose are useful in milk industry, chemical industry, industry of juice etc.
The most usual use of this machine is for packaging toners, respectively pigments for tinting interior walls color.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Machine SEBOPAK 1000 01 is the horizintal type, linear and automated, with manual loading of bottles on the conveyor. According to the type of drive elements, this is a pneumatic-mechanical machine. The complete machine is made of stainless steel. The work process is electronically controlled. The machine consists of the following assemblies, which in technical and technological terms represent a single unit: bottle conveyor, dosing module, unit for adding and tamping caps, closing caps and dating.
Dosing station is made as piston dispenser with pneumatic motion and precise mechanic measurement control. Intake of fluid is exert from a tank that is placed near the machine (on the floor). Valve system does splitting the tanks for intake and outtake of fluid. Unit for taking and screwing caps station is made of charger where are located caps, rotating addition, canal for leading cover and pneumatic mechanism for putting cap on bottle.
The bottles naturally fall into a prepared container
