PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

TERMOPAK 650 is intended for individual and group packaging of products in foil, which has the ability to thermally shrink, and in that way it adheres to the product and makes protection from external influences, and with group packaging it achieves good homogeneity of the package. In this way, a large number of products can be packaged, and it has found the most massive application in group packaging of all types of bottles, boxes, bags, etc., in the food and chemical industry, especially in products for mass consumption.

The TERMOPAK 650 L option has a wider input transponder, which enables a higher capacity of the machine.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The TERMOPAK 650 heat shrinkage line is automatic and consists of several units – devices that form a functional unit. The foil coating unit consists of a working plate, a mechanism for forming and transferring the package, a coil carrier for the upper and lower foil, a motor reducer for unwinding the foil with winches, a packet press, as well as a mechanism with a movable heater for cutting and welding the foil. All these mechanisms are mounted on a common stand.

The filled bottles come with a hinged conveyor to the machine, where, on the working table, a package is first formed in the given arrangement, and then the package switch is activated, which pushes the package, and this one pulls the foil film with which it is wrapped. Wrapping is completed when the iron is lowered, which closes the foil and the fourth side of the package, cuts off the foil and re-welds the ends of the upper and lower reel. The package wrapped in this way comes to the conveyor that carries it through the chamber. The conveyor belt is driven by a motor-gear reducer, with adjustable belt speed. The heat shrinkage chamber is placed on the base of the conveyor, and the foil is heated in it and glued to the package. The air in the chamber is heated by electric heaters, its circulation is achieved by means of an axial fan, and the temperature is regulated by means of a thermo regulator. The chamber is thermally insulated with glass wool which is used to fill the walls and curtains at the entrance and exit. The package cooling unit is located just behind the chamber and has the task of quickly cooling the foil with which the package is wrapped. Cooling is performed in a stream of cold air generated by a fan. The receiving conveyor, which is designed as a gravity roller, is located in the extension of the wire conveyor.
The process is controlled by a Programmable logic controller (PLC).
